Untangling Decision Anxiety with Why

When choices stack up, it’s easy to freeze. The “why” lens helps you notice the values beneath the options.

Try This

  1. Write the decision question in one line.
  2. For each option, ask: “Why would I choose this?”
  3. Underline the reasons that point to core values (growth, security, love, service, play).
  4. Choose the option that best serves the values that are most alive for you now.
Note: If both options serve different values, design a small test that explores both safely.
