Untangling Decision Anxiety with Why
When choices stack up, it’s easy to freeze. The “why” lens helps you notice the values beneath the options.
Try This
- Write the decision question in one line.
- For each option, ask: “Why would I choose this?”
- Underline the reasons that point to core values (growth, security, love, service, play).
- Choose the option that best serves the values that are most alive for you now.
Note: If both options serve different values, design a small test that explores both safely.
